Ransom Infill Sites

The site next to 33 Verona Drive is currently occupied by six single lock-up brick garages, most of which are also used for storage. We propose replacing these garages with a two-bedroom flat, housed on the first floor within a mansard roof structure featuring dormer windows. Beneath the flat, we plan to provide four parking spaces—one for the new flat and three additional spaces available for rent. This would help alleviate some of the parking congestion on Verona Drive
