At the site, there are currently 10 garages which are mainly used for storage, and are no longer fit for purpose. Ransom propose to replace these with two 3-bedroom homes, both of which will have dedicated off-street parking. The properties will be semi-detached,with gardens, and the proposed architectural approach is designed to reflect the existing housing style on Alsom Avenue/Wolsey Close.
